I Love this app but got anew phone. How do I open up the old account on a new phone?

If you are going to take it from free to pay-only you should COMMUNICATE with users before letting them LOSE ALL THEIR DATA. The app and all the data just DISSAPPEARED - POOF!! with no warning. How do you recover the data??? App is tell works pretty well. But the app is lacking different color profiles. The default dark blue against black menus are extremely hard to see. PLEASE fix this for those of us with less than perfect vision. Also you have to join Facebook to get support ??? Thats not support for a paid app.

My memory is terrible. Plus I have to remember a zillion passwords for work. This app is super nice and I am appreciative for it. Highly recommend it. Just dont forget the code to get to your passwords like I did once! Finally remembered it and wont ever forget it again!!

Its very good I have the full version and I can keep now my private pics and save them. I can see my pics whenever I want. I love it!! Thanks!!

This program was good for years. Unfortunately I liked it so much I bought the pro versions for my and my wifes devices. Since the last 2 upgrades it had a bug that every time you opened it it puts a space between each line. So soon you have a unusable mess. On the last update it erased itself and all our data on all the devices. Dont buy it...you will be sorry.

The app still needs fixing. The videos only transfer one at a time even if multiple ones are picked. You have to close the program and open it each time you transfer a video. Its a hassle and its now becoming a time waster. For me anyway. App used to be better.

I had this app for 4 years and then one day the app just disappeared, along with all my private and irreplaceable data. I paid to buy the app again at $2.99. (I think was free or $.99 when I first bought it). I was hoping it would restore my old file but nothing! My spouse also complained of the same thing happening to him and from reading some of the reviews, we are not alone. DO NOT BUY THUS APP. DO NOT TRUST PRICELESS MEMORIES AND IMPORTANT DOCS TO THIS APP. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER, unless he figures out why this is happening and how to get the old accounts/files back!

Ive had it for 3 yrs and one day it just disappeared. My videos and pictures all gone. Ive tried downloading it and its empty! Im heartbroken. Dont get it you will regret it!

Like some other reviewers, I too purchased an earlier version of this. Like others, one day the app simply vanished. I could not download again without repurchasing at a higher price. Worse than that is the fact that all photos and data also vanished along with the original app. I too had hope that the new version would find the repository and recover the files but that is not the case. Do yes, it works well. Right up until the day it vanishes, takes your data with it, and forces you to repurchase. Buyer beware.

Does just what it promises. A feature it needs is an export to camera roll option. For those who have lost irreplaceable files youre fools to keep said files on no place but your phone.

Disappeared one day with all my photos and I have no recourse. I purchased it again in the hopes that I could log back in using my old password but it didnt work.

IVE LOST ALL MY PRECIOUS FREAKY VIDEOS AND PICS. Bought iPhone 6 tried to transfer data. NO GO!! Tried to contact about issues no response. It seems like a good app until you have this problem.

The app does what it is intended to do very well.

I had this app for a couple years and I was working beautifully. Until I went one day to retrieve some photographs in the app was gone. There are other reviews about this happening to other people as well. I lost many irreplaceable photographs as well as a lot of work documents that I really needed.if you download this app dont put things in there thats important because youll definitely lose them as time goes on.

Never leave home without it.
