Are they really ALL GONE?!?!?! DONT BUY UNLESS THEY GIVE US OUR PICS BACK.

I just clicked on the app today and the password page is all new and it wont accept my old password- I keep reading that a lot of people lost all there data-- please dont let it be true.

There is no option to contact support.

It looks like years of photos, videos and voice memos are gone!!!!
